The "Gossip Girl" gal, who was joined by a male companion, looked cute and casual as she walked along and tended to her dog's needs by picking up after her beloved pet. Coming up on the next episode of Leighton's CW drama, Elizabeth Hurley will guest star as a woman named Diana who learns some incrimination information and uses it to her advantage. Meanwhile, Miss Meester's character, Serena, along with Blair, Nate, Chuck, Rufus, and Lily, are all invited together by Dan so he can reveal the truth about his book while hoping for their continued support at his book party. "Gossip Girl" airs on Mondays at 8/7c on the CW.
