David Boreanaz: Cheating Made My Marriage Stronger Oct 10th 2011, 20:56 Word of his infidelity stormed the Internet in 2010, and now David Boreanaz has opened up about his affair - sparking even more debate after saying his wandering ways actually made his union stronger. In a new interview with TV Week, the "Bones" hunk, who tied the knot with wife Jaime Bergman back in 2001, recalls his recent cheating as "a bonding experience, in the long run." While he admits the pair have endured their share of ups and downs, David says he doesn't believe in giving up, explaining, "I'm a fighter. I'm a lover." "In a sacred ground like marriage, you find yourself out of it at certain times for reasons unknown that can be destructive. There could be a demon that kind of comes out and overtakes you," Boreanaz later added.
