Oct 10th 2011, 18:10 Ready to embark on their first getaway as husband and wife, Paul McCartney and new wife Nancy Shevell were spotted leaving their London, UK home before setting off on their honeymoon earlier today (October 10). The Beatles rocker and his American heiress bride were all smiles as they departed, waving for the cameras as they hurried into an awaiting car. Paul and Nancy tied the knot in an intimate yet elaborate ceremony held at Old Marylebone Town Hall on Sunday afternoon, where the likes of Kate Moss, Barbara Walters and Twiggy enjoyed their special ceremony. Looking to serenade his bride the best way he knows how, a nuptial insider told The Sun that attendees watched McCartney "sing and play guitar as he unveiled a ballad specially written for his new wife, which brought tears to the groom's eyes. DJ Mark Ronson -- best friend of John Lennon's son Sean -- took control of the disco as the happy couple enjoyed their first dance."
