Michael Jackson Autopsy Photo Shown In Court Oct 11th 2011, 22:52 Surely becoming one of the most memorable and graphic days of testimony in the case thus far, prosecutors in the manslaughter trial of Dr. Conrad Murray displayed a picture of Michael Jackson's lifeless body on the autopsy table during this morning's (October 11) proceedings. As the trial of the King of Pop's personal physician is televised, the photo blurred out MJ's private area, but allowed viewers to see him just moments following his June 25, 2009 death. Additionally, the images revealed a plethora of IV hook-ups and medical tape - items that the prosecution says provided Michael with a legal dose of propofol. The various pictures of Jackson's body were shown while forensic pathologist Christopher Rogers was on the stand. Rogers, who was responsible for performing Michael's autopsy, concluded that MJ died of an overdose of the anesthetic and ruled his death a homicide, citing Murray's improper use of the drug.
