While it is rumored the two have been working on their marriage, it is rumored that things just aren’t working, states RadarOnline.com. Moore has allegedly already contacted a divorce lawyer.
And while Ashton is reportedly asking for her to not file, he is apparently very aware that she will do whatever feels right.
