She's always up for a good time, and yesterday afternoon (October 9) Sofia Vergara showed up at the 2nd Annual Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic.

The "Modern Family" stunner looked lovely as she smiled for the paparazzi at Will Rogers State Historical Park in Pacific Palisades, California.

Earlier in the week, Sofia took her boyfriend Nick Loeb on a shopping spree in Beverly Hills, California.

In career news, Ms. Vergara made a recent appearance on "Sesame Street" during which she danced with kid-favorite character Elmo!
